Sample Schedule

A sample schedule for the workshop is shown below.  The classes and groups are recreated each week, after the teachers meet to review and to freshly create the workshop so that it is lively, vital, and dynamic.

The day can begin before breakfast and end after evening activities, though early morning and late evening activities are optional.   These optional activities as well as the classes offer a full week of immersion into the Alexander Technique and its applications.

Each student participates in a morning homeroom for the whole week, where s/he works with the same teacher and classmates. In this way one feels a part of a smaller group within the larger conference.  The afternoons and evenings consist of classes and activities that are available to all and are selected by the student based on personal needs and preferences.  A very unique and personal opportunity is offered by way of the 3 private Alexander Technique lessons given to each student by the master teachers over the course of the week.
